    Default Loyalty Issue?

ok everytime I try and change the export_decr_char_traits to add loyalty it crashes , even just changing the -1 to 1 or so on , I have done this in medieval total war mods before , is there something else that needs to be changed in this mod to add Loyalty?

I am using Carthage and have 7 guys with either 0 or 1 Loyalty and if you send these boobs out your armies go rebel.

I have used other factions and they don't have this issue is there something special with Carthage?

Large factions generally have more trouble keeping their generals loyal than small ones. Increasing your FL's Authority helps, and keeping disloyal generals at a short leash - i.e. in capital together with the FL - also helps.

Also for editing EDCT you need proper text editor, preferably Notepad++. Windows Notepad screws the formatting and thence the CTD.

    Hope it helps!

I don't think I've ever had a general with more than 4 loyalty points.

In all my games a 4 loyalty general is more valuable than a city.
