My target start date is September 19th, which happens to be International Talk Like a Pirate Day as well as the day I began sign-ups for the previous two Pirate Ship Mafias. Would you be better early or late in the month?

-edit- this is when I'm planning to begin sign-ups, so the game will start a few days to a week after that.
