Variable. I'll probably make the first few phases longer to give people enough time to get night actions sorted. Once we settle into a routine I might make it closer to 36/36, with alterations dependent on my work schedule.

PM stands for physical mail. If you want to talk privately to someone you need to send a letter. Makes for added complexity!

No restriction aside from the obvious caveat that you can't reveal any new information once you're dead. Advisory capacity only from there on out. (The "Once you are dead" section of the rules goes into a bit more detail with this).
However, as always, exercise caution when networking.
