    I went and checked the export_descr_buildings and it looks like all types of Phalangitai have been excluded from the top tier, so it doesn't appear to be a bug, but I wanted to report it just in case.

    If it's not a bug, I was curious as to why. Is it supposed to be a trade-off or something?

    @Reverend Joe - not a bug, the whole point of the "reformed" colony is that it's post-phalanx. It represents changes in Ptolemaioi and Seleukid military thinking in 2nd century BC.
