    Default Assassin's Creed - Movie

Michael Fassbender. 16th century. Spanish Inquisiton. Real leap of faith jumps. Animus included. The hype is real.

All right, AC fan aside, this looks to be pretty interesting. The initial AC movie, the one done specifically for Assassin's Creed 2, was a real joy to watch but this one is a tad different and not related to the first one in the first place, or any game for that matter.

    Thoughts?

There's the video with them filming the leap of faith properly with a very brave stuntman - props to them for making it super realistic.

They said no CGI, they do it for real, so does that mean in the movie he will also jump off a platform on a crane or did I misunderstand something there?

They're only shooting the real scene once, kind of scary to do leaps of faith off very tall buildings like in the game.

My concern is that it'll fall under the airbender rule:

"the better the original, the worse the movie adaptation".
