Is it possible to mod BI so that you can have faction emerge at a specific date?
My idea was to make a mod from 273BC all the way to up to the fall of the Byzantine Empire. So for example, I'd want the Huns, Vandals, the Roman Empire to split etc at a specific date or time which would roughly match the real historic date.
As you'd imagine this would be an epic project so I was just wondering in advice if something like this is even feasible?

EDIT:- nevermind. I found it. It's the descr_events.txt file in the C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\bi\Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign directory.

Keep in mind that the numbers supplied there are turn numbers not years.
