That is still crazy. I probably could've gotten a better team which would consist of mostly a few brothers/sisters, my wife and some friends. I am begging to like this Idea! I am throwing down the gauntlet, San Marino! Also, I think the Vatican should get its own team. The logo would be stolen from England, just with a sacred hart in the middle to avoyd a law sute.
Still wayting for the Armenia Azerbaijan match.

Another three in the old onion bag for us. Felt a bit sorry for Watford, as we didn't deserve the draw, never mind a win.

Oh, and Arsenel are where they belong.....

    Oooh...

Marseille - Mlada Boleslav match would be having 2 more goals and I'd get my bet right.

Here is how I failed in todays UEFA Cup matches:

Fenerbahce 2-1 Randers Bet: 2 or 3 goals (Won)
Livorno 2-0 SV Pasching Bet: Under 2.5 goals (Won)
AZ Alkmaar 3-2 Kayserispor Bet: Over 2.5 goals (Won)
Marseille 1-0 Mlada Boleslav Bet: Over 2.5 goals (Lost)
You should have seen me praying for Randers not to concede another goal while Fenerbahce was assaulting like a storm all over them. Now my bet lost, and Fenerbahce got a critical score which can be averted to Randers qualifying after some disastrous goal or something, LEN is the loser of the night.

I just noticed that my other coupon was lost on a single match again. Here is the proof of shame:

Beşiktaş 2-0 CSKA Sofia Bet: 2 or 3 goals (Won)
Trabzonspor 2-2 Osasuna Bet: Under 2.5 goals (Lost)
Fenerbahce 2-1 Randers Bet: 2 or 3 goals (Won)
AZ Alkmaar 3-2 Kayserispor Bet: Over 2.5 goals (Won)

Quite pleased that all the Swiss teams have either won or drawn the first round of the UEFA Cup. Very pleased with FC Sion vs. Beyer Leverkusen. To get a 0 : 0 draw is sort of a miracle. Although Sion had won the Cup last year (10 times in a Cup Final and won it 10 times!!), they also just got promoted to the First Division in Switzerland. So, I got to hand it to them.

Zurich and Basel should have no probelms qualifying as their wins in the first round were staggering...

Agree. I'm Arsenal fan but we play in Premier league catastrophally. Ah, we play in Sunday. And without Henry we don't have any chance.

Thumbs up Chelsea - Liverpool & Man Utd - Arsenal

    We won! We won!

What to say. In the craziest dreams I never thought that Arsenal with that crapy team can beat Man Utd. But we did it. Even with missed penalty by Gilberto Silva.

Unfortunately, Chelsea won. Liverpool can't score evem if thez played until morning. Referee Raily (or how is spel) didn't saw obvios faul for penalty kick on Gerard which was comitted by Lampard.

Meanwhile in France, my Girondins Bordeaux got a right good whopping from the one team I can't stand to lose from, Marseille.

It's early september, and we're already - what, forty, fifty? - points behind L'OL and L'OM.

Scurvy, Arsènal IS creativity and elaborate play. While Russian crooks may back Chelski, and glory seekers Man U, we, people with flair and a sense of style, know it's all about Arsenal.

The Chelsea-Liverpool game was dross, apart from an awesome goal from Drogba.

I really enjoyed the Arsenal-Man U game, on the other hand. Arsenal played some really entertaining football, and probably deserved to win by one or two more the way they were dominating the midfield. They almost certainly would have done if Henry was playing. I'm with Louis on this one, the Gunners are by far the most interesting team to watch out of the big four at the moment-even if this hasn't always been the case.

Oh, and I have to say that on the strength of Gallas's performance today, Wenger got the best of the Cole-Gallas swap.

Ah! Chelsea wins, Man U looses. The day was very good. Drogba's goal was brillyant. I have to say that Liverpool has to do something about how they are playing. Kind of trash, but even if they are my enemies to the North, I am glad Arsenal won agenst Man U.
