For now you can post anything you find useful including ideas for faction specific buildings, events, advisors etc MILITARY UNITS EXCLUDED - that is well researched and only later we will possibly need more details.

England in the 16th century was an economically backwards state. Basically it's economy was nothing more than a Glorified 14th century one. Most of the crown lands in this period were sold out peicemeal despite the best efforts of Mary Tudor . Elizabeth Ist was no great help, indeed she was a hinderence. When the English economy seemed likeley to collapse in the 1550's and 60's it seemed that finally, some real reform might come about. Unfortunaley Lord Burghley, a economic conservative, by using methods of dubious legality managed to save the behemoth of English economy. This stifling any change for the Good.
By the end of her reign Elizabeth was loosing soemwhere within 300000 a year with her war with Spain and Irish rebels. As soon as he was crowned James made peace with Spain.

    I'll post more later.

Unlikely. Besides it is up to you - it is a player who combines his armies and deploys them.

I think that the highest level we will reach is infantry with PLUG IN bayonettes which still used pikemen.

you should include a scripted rebellion in Ireland in 1594, which was quite bloody ( english losses were very high whenever they moved towards o' neill's fortifications in Ulster. this would make it even more challenging to play as the english

I don't know man. Wouldn't it be cruel to the player if he manages to maintain Irish cities at over 150% public rest, and suddenly you 'reward' him with a scripted huge rebellion?

The rebellion happened because of corruption and unjust rule (correct me if I am wrong), I don't think it would happen if the player is (and should be) efficient at governing cities.
