Why PMTW 2.0 isn't out yet.

"I am having computer problems - HoI II is one of few things which are actually working.
In addiiton the ORG and the TWC are inaccessible to me thanks to some issues I haven't yet determined and most likely it could case problems here as well.
Overall I am stuck, except some limited work in the internet I can do and general data gathering.
I am glad I can do something at all, because buying a new PC for now is something I cannot afford and won't do right now (it would be a major change because I need something to run Dawn of War II, Warhammer Online and ETW as well).
I have no email contact with anyone from the ORG so it is where it is right now i.e. limbo...
When I have results and a secure access which will last more than few minutes I will inform the right people."
