For maximum smiley goodness, I like to borrow smileys from several different forums.

I have them all bookmarked. Sometimes when I need to use a particular smiley, such as THIS one from CFC:



(One of my favorites) I hover my cursor over it, and I hit "copy image location" and then I throw [IMG] tags around it, and I can use it anywhere.

I also like the Jedi one from Total War Center.



Only bad thing is that on Civilization Fanatics, the smileys get cut off/shrunken when you borrow them from other places. Not only that, CFC sometimes cuts off it's own smiley faces... the regular smileys look like they are missing a side of their face. Major road rash, perhaps?


EDIT: I am learned-ing....

Apparently I can make things on the screen appear larger or smaller by pressing the CTRL key and using my mouse scroll button. That's why those smileys weren't appearing correctly.
