I lifted that quote almost verbatim, save the character names, from late Sir Terry Pratchett. During my short mafia career (this is my 8th game), I was randed a gravedigger twice. I seem to have a penchant for stealing from the dead.

I believe Pizza was actually converted the night before. But unlike Visor, he wouldn't have "just voted Choxorn and peaced out" (which Visor just did, btw), but instead would burst into activity, like that altercation with Visor yesterday. I don't see how one of someone's primary concerns if they're town is that Pizza is trying to get the mafia to out themselves. I'm pretty sure that's something that a member of the mafia keys in on way more.

The primary concern for the town is to find scum. All of them, not just cult or mafia. Pizza may be talking about cult-hunting (but not too "strongly", God forbid), but his real motive seems to be to find mafia. This is why I believe he's cult.

I don't get why he claims right now either way though. It certainly doesn't help us beat cult if it's true, since it reduces the risk of their wasting a conversion on Raith.

13 live players, most of the starting townies are still townie, since 2 cultists died.

It's not time for defeatism.

What the mafia just did was undo our mistake yesterday, because it could just as easily have been dead cultist by lynch, and then townie gets murdered.

But that doesn't mean it's time to send them candies and flowers. We do have to lynch them.

If the dead were all townies then yes, it's pretty much cult v mafia endgame. But right now town is the strongest faction by far, so let's act like it.

Trust is hard, especially with a cult, especially with the "inevitable" converts Pizza and Visorslash still alive.

I realize it's difficult to find a town under these circumstances and stand united against the mafia threat.

You have to be a hero today if you're a townie. We are the one faction that will have trouble standing by one another the longer the game goes on.

Something to know about the cult: They had GH on it. They know I'm an inevitable lynchee especially as the game gets longer and longer. They didn't recruit me last night.

Try to convert a mafioso or try to convert an unconvert-able. I forgot what day it is, but cult is at 1-2 persons imo.

i was more worried about the possibility of 4 maf.

It occurs to me 2 things

1. Cult could deliberately not recruit 'obvious' converts
2. jarrema would have recruited me if he was cult leader
