Our hero decided that the patch of grass just to the west of Viridian City, on the path to Victory road, would be a good stop to pick up some more pokemon before heading to Pewter City. But as soon as they tried to get to the second patch of grass, a familiar face appeared.

Actually, this is troubling. GH deploys his "chaos" card in most games, but in his last two scum games here (Bird Mafia and IKEA Mafia) he doesn't seem to have. So it could be slightly town-indicative.
