View Full Version : A Bug and a Query: Baglahs

I finally got to build the final level dockyard as the Turks, and started building Baglahs to transport my armies to the New World.

However, I was a little disappointed to see that my Baglah's UI pic is a Roman Peasant.

Also, there is no mention of its being able to sail across oceans as with Carracks. Please tell me Muslim nations can go to the New World.

EDIT: Really sorry, I thought I was in the Citadel when I posted this.:embarassed:

I'm not quite sure I understood the question, but Baglahs certainly can travel to the New World, and fighting the Aztecs with sipahis and janissary musketeers is a lot of fun.

Thats good, I was just asking if Baghlahs could sail over the ocean to the New World.

Anyone noticed the bug with the unit pic though?

Well, as far as I can see, the entire ETW is bugged, I can't even get it installed on my pc!

Yeah. I created a shortcut on my desktop named ETW, but when I click it, my computer says that it can't find the program.

So there's got to be some bug in the installation process.

I think you mean Medieval 2, don't you? Because Empire Total War was only announced 6 months ago, and hasn't even been released yet. :inquisitive:

Bah! My Baghlahs have no unit pic, but so far neither do my Line Infantry, Musketeers, Grenadiers, or any unit for that matter.

Seriously CA, how can you expect us to buy such bugged games?!

ETW has been the last TW title I will ever buy, all I get is the standard folder icon when I make a new folder saying 'Empire: Total War' on my desktop. Even STW had an icon. So unprofessional.

Yeah, I'm glad I pirated ETW instead of buying it though. At least I didn't lose any money.

On the topic of buying ETW, why do one of the poll options in the M2TW launcher say "I've bought it [ETW] already"? Is it for sale? Can I get a special edition that comes with lots of goodies?
