About having 2 mods on 2 diferent games . . .

what happens if i install M2TW with a mod or something . . .
and i already have RTW with a mod ( EB ) . . .
need :help: . . .
since this was my first correctly mod that i install :P


waiting for answers :) so i can play both without risking my EB mod installation :P

M2 is a different game. Mods you install on it can affect only M2.
