New computer here (Dell Vostro 400) - getting new installation error I've never seen before - "application failed to start because MSS32.DLL was not found". Any ideas to help the technically challenged figure his way out of this one? Thanks!

That's the miles sound system (MSS). I think it gets fixed when you deinstall RTW and install it fresh again.

But you're in luck: I uploaded it to the EB FTP. Get this file (ftp://europabarbarorum.org/mss32.dll) and store it in your RTW directory.
