Did you ever get the Archi Pleistos or Archi Ktistes (or something like that) trait on one of your character? If yes how exactly did they acquire the trait? Dacians don't have any Scholarly building available to be built, and temples look like the only way to speed up religious trait acquisition, but none of my characters have yet to progress past Diakonos Pleison level.

Are you talking about the trait Archipleistos?
The way to get that trait is to obtain the trait Diakonos Pleiston which you should gain by leaving a family member in a settlement for awhile.

Then if you leave him in a settlement with the 1st Gov building and he has a high charisma and sharp and some influence then he should gain another level and go to Pleistos. Then if he is pious and has a good amount of management and influence he should go to Archipleistos.

Ok, so that restricts advancement to Getia, Getia Koile and Scythia Minor. Good to know I should keep a sharp and influent man (too bad none's around).

And what about the Ktistes branch of traits?

And what about the Ktistes branch of traits?

The first thing you need to check if he has either the Diakonos Pleiston trait, or Pleistos trait. He needs to have a good amount of command and influence and be pious. If he has that then leave him him in a settlement for awhile. After that he should gain Teletes Ktistes. After that if you leave him in a settlement he might go to Ktistes (or he might go back to square one, its up to chance).
If he gains Ktistes then if he is middle aged (and still has a good amount of command and influence) he has a slim chance of going to Archiktistes.

OK, thanks for the explanation.
