Havent played as Koinon Hellon yet but do they their cities have special hoplites? For example does the Athens hoplite look different from the corinth hoplite.

If this is a noob topic like the LS plz forgive me

Sparta, Syrakus and Massilia have their own type of Hoplites.

Coninth also had their own hoplites in the 0.7 build. The looked like classical hoplites, but with a phalanx formation. Their functionality was identical to the Iphikratean hoplites, however, so they were taken out.

Have to say they looked cool though, all that red looked really posh. I liked them, sad they were taken out.
