installing eb

i downloaded it and installed it with no apparent problems but when i started it up it got to the first screen and froze. and when i looked in the files i found a word document with instructions and it said that once you have checked that rome is working copy THIS entire folder into a new directry called rome eb. so i was wondering what is THIS folder and would that be why it isnt working ?

you were right i lef it and wandered off and it was mended but i thought it was broke coz when i minimised it it said not responding any wya thanks.
