Hello people. I've conquered Segesta, Mediolanum, Patavium, Bononia, Syracuse, Lilibeo & Messana in my Romani campaign. I've also upgraded my MIC's ... and yet there is no Polybian reform. Whats wrong here ???

Simple questions:
1) Did you activate the script?
2) Is it at least 242BC?

I believe i did activate the script ... and its 252 BC
