Hi, reading the posts of annoying noobs and trolls I thought maybe you can sticky a topic entitled "IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE POSTING" saying "To our dear fans, before open a new topic or asking a question READ THE FAQ AND USE FORUM SEARCH!!! And never, NEVER, ask about naked guys or LS. Thanks for help." :faq:

Oh, and please forgive rude people, there are so many of us who can't live anymore without EB... :clown:

Thanks for your dedication :2thumbsup:

That simply won´t work, since people who ask those sort of question usually doesn´t read the stickys. Besides, it´s likely that even if they did they just couldn´t be bothered to do anything on their own. Lazy rude bastards.

their posts normally start with "i am in a rush so haven't read the faq..." or "i can't find this anywhere..."

just for note though - i was the same. my only comment in defence of that is that there is such a wealth of material, plus 9 pages of threads, that sometimes it can be daunting to try to find the right bit. that's hardly an excuse, but maybe an explanation as to why so many threads are on the same topics or have obvious answered that can be answered by the faq.

Everyone was a noob once. Some of my first questions on this forum were quite stupid. I think we should forgive noobs and not give a dozen replies insulting someone just because there was a question that was already answered. Just one response answering the question and then move along.

It may be a joke, but it is actually true. A while back I reported a bug that had been fixed about 6 months ago. :wall:

As someone who has asked his fair share of stupid questions, I think that we (as a collective) would endear ourselves to new members if we weren't so quick to point out any silly question or a question that has been asked before.

To a new member, the EB fora can be a confusing place to find information. I think some of us need to chill out and be a bit more understanding of noobs. Remember what we were like when we first found this mod!
