- First level temple to Athena and government Hellenic Local Tyrant added to Syrakousai.

Hope everyone enjoys, any suggestions for improvement to accuracy of starting conditions are welcome. In particular im concerned with wether they should be at war with anyone.

Thanks for the support. Right as I started playing this save I realized that having made it on a fresh install the unit size is at default (large?). I normally prefer huge unit size, but my question is this... what is everyone's preference for unit size? With enough interest in large and huge I will try to create save files for both, as well as for Medium campaign difficulty. Also I would like to create some more migration saves, I had in mind doing Galatia or Pergamon next. I am not much of a historian though, so if anyone could enlighten me as to what ideal diplomacy conditions would be for those regions in 272 I would appreciate it.

I only play on huge. Galatia sounds good. Pergamon seems so close you'd just recapture your old provinces in about 20 years. *unless its not one of of the greek peninsula factions going*

EDIT: I play with large cause my computer can't handle 2 huge armies on huge settings ~:(

BTW: alternative to providing save gam its to modify descr_strat.txt. It has the benefit of easier modification and everyone is free to choose favorite settings.

Fantastic work! I´ll try it out right now. As for war and alliances, I guess they should be at war with the Kart-Hasdim, but it´s not much of a problem as anyone who plays will probably become just that soon enough.

I play on huge myself, this is a great thing and I thank you for it. My personal favorates to see would be Massilia, Galatia and Bosperous Kingdom. Again, thanks for this. You da man!

I'd love to play this, i always thought Syrakousai would be a good candidate for a faction instead of like Sab'yn or Casse.

However, i shall wait for the huge settings one. didn't spend £1000 on a PC last year for nothing. :P

Ah yes, definately not VH campaign difficulty. It's not very hard anyway, it's just easy but annoying, so you're not making the game less difficult at all.

I don't enjoy watching my fleet of 10 quinqremes with a 3 star admiral get defeated by a half-depleted unit of Cartheginian pentekonterai.

The idea is really awesome... I hope you create a Pergamon campaign on my settings, it's really my long-term hope to say the least... I'tried it myself a few times but since i haven't got an idea how to mod, it sucked:wall:

Nah i was exaggerating a bit, but you know how it is. VH campaign difficulty isn't very hard at all, just extremely annoying. I hate fighting 4 stacks of troops every turn, ruins the game.

Finished M/M Huge settings file this morning since those seemed to be the most popular settings. I attempted the proposed modification of the descr_strat but I only achieved epic fail, immediate CTD. I don't know much about programming so I will stick to creating these until someone more masterful can create a mod. Since there are so many settings combinations I will stick to four in order to be efficient:
- VH/M Large
- VH/M Huge
- M/M Large
- M/M Huge

Large unit setting will come with the balanced video settings, while Huge will come with the Quality video settings. Hopefully this will provide for the largest audience.

Also, just want to thank Jarardo for the Force Diplomacy Mod which really helps in creating these, and of course the EB team for making the best Total War game out there.

1.Is this compatible with EB v.1.1?
2.Is there a version with H/M Large? Or is there anyway I can change the difficulty?
