Need help installing Rise of Macedon 2.0

I downloaded it from TWcenter,and all there is is a single RAR file.
Call me slow,but I have no clue what to do next.

Try extracting the Rar file into an empty normal folder - you'll need WinRar or something to open the Rar file anyway - hope that when you have extracted the contents that it contains and instruction read me file......

Also have another look on TWC to see if there were any instructions posted along with the download or in the mods thread / forum if you can find that.
