Persian Reforms

The gameplay guide to get the Persian Reforms mentions that we have to build (Persiapart) in several cities. I'm a little confused as to what a (persiapart) is.

I'm pretty sure it's just a building. I've never seen it though, but it probably is self-explanatory when you get there.

Its a building called "The Conquerer Comes."
