Praise be to allah!!, or whatever religious denomination you choose to be, hey us Church of England folk are quite liberal you know!!. Finally, we have a confirmation, unforunately the date is in the middle of my A-levels, ah well, looks like F grades all round for me!!

Here's the thread in question (http://pub24.ezboard.com/fshoguntotalwarfrm1.showMessage?topicID=2123.topic).

Maybe I'll be the spoilsport this time. The unregistered user named OFFICIAL RELEASE DATE doesn't sound too convincing to me. (The date does, though.) In any case, it wouldn't be wise of EA to make any commitments yet - it might still end up getting postponed.

I must agree with everyone that this is a hoax. My blood boils at the idea of EA/CA postponing the game. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/mad.gif

I wonder when it will be availble in Bangkok, before or after the official release date?

I wouldn't be surprised to see it hit that date, but on the other hand it wouldn't surprise me if it didn't.

It totally depends on how fast things progress within the next few weeks, but things are looking optimistic since multiplayer campaign is no longer an issue.

Peace to you and yours

I take it "no longer an issue" means "done"?

Alastair;

Raskal is refering to the honour day (http://www.totalwar.com/community/index.htm) anouncement by richie@dreamtime:

Quote Problems with the stability and scalability of the online multiplayer strategy map campaign have delayed the release of the Expansion pack. To secure a June release we have taken the decision to release the Mongol Invasion / Warlord edition without online multiplayer campaign modes. This will be made available as a free download shortly after the game has hit the shelves in June.[/QUOTE]
