Not too sure if that's the correct term, but I was sniffing around for new mods to install, and I wanted to check out Rome: Total Realism, and this happens.

I highly doubt RTR has such an amateurish-looking site. Any idea what the problem is?

Well there's your problem!

You were going to .net, which just presented a placeholder page put there by the current owner of the .net domain name.

The lease on that sitename ran out, the terms demanded for its continuation were unsatisfactory, so the RTR team decided to let it go and continue their work in TWC instead.
