Just something for the newbies to learn so they know and dont have to ask around like i did:
I would reccomend my way, if your not all technical and dont understand what a tga is, also, fraps can video movies, unlike a screenshot

1. Create an account on photobucket (https://photobucket.com/?link=topmenu&special_track=nav_tab_home), if you already have an account on it, log on.

2.Download fraps (http://www.fraps.com/download.php)

3.Open Fraps, when you play M2TW there is a number in the top left hand corner of the screen.

4.When you take a screenshot using Print Screen, it should sound like a picture being taken.

5.Next, go onto your album on photobucket, and upload the screenshot. Browse in your fraps document, the screenshots are clearly visisble with the picture symbol aswell as being call medieval...

6. Upload the picture, and wait until it is finished, and there should be a 4 boxes, with one of them titled direct link, copy this

7. Add it to the post, placing before it and after it, then preview the post and see if it works, to prove it works i will add a picture myself

The other way, using no fraps but still using screenshots

Create an account on photobucket.

Go to options in the total war game you want to post a screenshot from and turn off anti-aliasing so it reads no anti-aliasing.

Take that screen using print screen

go to programfiles/sega/m2tw/tgas, this is where your screen will be saved. This will need to be converted, I find the easiest thing to do is copy and paste the tgas screen to paint and then save, deleting the old tgas to minimise the confusion.

Then log into photobucket and upload the paint-saved-screen by clicking browse.

When it is in your album the fourth link underneath the desired image labeled IMG Code. Simply paste this into a forum post and when you have posted it, it will be visible

You can also use imageshack, as you do not need to create an account

Hope this helps

I have also been told by Rolo, i cant explain it, just here is the exct quote ''anti-aliasing off and that the direct image link cuts out a stage which will help people who need it more efficiently.'' Happy Rolo???

Basically I said to you in a private message that for people not using fraps and are using ordinary print screen they need to turn off anti-aliasing (it creates black screens).

Also you say that to post an image you copy the "direct-link" and then add around the link. It cuts out a stage to copy the image code and post that so you do not need to add the image code as it has already been posted.

Ok, Insane thinks he knows best but I know how to post screenshots on forums but I did not understand a word of his instructions.

This is what I do:

Create an account on photobucket (www.photobucket.com).

Simply paste this into a forum post and when you have posted it, it will be visible.

I hope this is clear.

Fraps is 10 times easier, it actually tells you when a screenshot is taken, so there is no confusion, and seens as though you didnt understand, ill try to explain it...... AGAIN

1. Create an account on photobucket, if you already have an account on it, log on.

2.Download Fraps

3.Open Fraps, when you play M2TW there is a number in the top left hand corner of the screen.

4.When you take a screenshot using Print Screen, it should sound like a picture being taken.

5.Next, go onto your album on photobucket, and upload the screenshot. Browse in your fraps document, the screenshots are clearly visisble with the picture symbol aswell as being call medieval...

Dont you have to run CinEd to make movies? Me and Insane ran a tutorial on youtube and couldnt make sense of it all, we managed to figure out how to film 30 second vidoes on fraps, and take screenshots, just cant figure out how to use CinEd...
