In custom battles, everyone seems to speak Greek apart from various Barbarian factions who have that language where they shout "Areiro! Abaa!" Is that Germanic? Are there any others I haven't heard yet?

There is Greek, Latin, and Celtic voicemods. These three are used as placeholders for all other factions as well, even if they didn't speak that language. An incorrect ancient language seems a better placeholder than an incorrect modern language (english).

Also, at least Parni will be added for the Pahlava.

As well as Q-Celtic & 'Proto-Germanic' and/or Punic.

What faction would speak Q Celtic?

What faction would speak Q Celtic?
None, the Q-Celtic voicemod is just for a few Celtic regionals. Midlanders Britons and a few Celtiberians if I am not mistaken.

Ah, I see, for in-battle sounds. Take care, though: only Irish is properly speaking "Q Celtic"; the proto-Celtic /kw/ sound became Q in Irish, P in Gaulish and Brythonic and K in Celtiberian. All Britons as far as we know were P-Celtic speakers.
