What do Vices and Virtues do?

Playing my Campaign and have most of the Map apart from the French Rebellion behind my Lines as in my other post.

But one thing i have never looked at is v&v?
I seem to have done ok without it having an impact.

Whats the benefits of paying attention to them?

heheh well your luckey not to do much with them unless your generals are all very good its gives you generals, princes, and kings a personality it can be good or bad in my case i usally get "legendary leader" and "drunk" each one can make your general good in battle or bad as a drunk he would get, -1 morale i think. or as legendary leader he would get +2 morale or something if you dont understand you should like up some pages in this forum iv seen people write stuff about it quite alot.
