Unable to delete part of EB RTW files

Hi

I am unable to delete the '.../portraits/dead' sub-folder within ..../data/.
(windows xp os)

The folder is saying it isn't empty....but it is.

Any general hints and tricks to getting rid of it.

I have tried renaming etc and additionally the RTW CD still thinks the game is installed....this may be related...may not.

Reboot, and you should be able to delete it. Some process is locking it, and restarting Windows will clear it up.

Tried that....still there...refuses to go....its not an RTW or EB issue its something else I think.....anyone else have other ideas?

even with these odd files......got game installed first time I properly tried......playing as lusotan.....all well so far......very well :)
