Twice this have happened ..
When I am besieger and want to attack the town the game crashes:dizzy2: :inquisitive:
Is it EB v1.1 bug or could it be something else causing this??
I think this is the first time I've heard of pre-battle crashes except when there was a missing sprite. You'll have to upload the savegame. If it's a persistent crash, that is.

I do not have the savegame :shame:
It happened when I was attacking Pella as Pyrrhus on the very first turn ..
so no saves .. not even automatic saves :shame:
I had the EB script running if that mathers ...
Well .. I will try again and save the game before I attack ..

I've been having a lot of pre-battle ctd's that disappear if i load up again. So i'm not sure what is going on. But i'm going to guess it's a one time thing.
I've had ctd's at the beginning of almost every battle. Then just no more.

Those are probably related to missing sprites.So far this is likely caused by the Illergete, Gallothraikes, Dunaimaca (if I spelled it anywhere near correctly, that is), and Rhodian slingers.

Any hope to release a patch with missing sprites to get rid of that bug?

I think there's some problem with missing files, cuz when ever i try to siege a settlement using rams, the game CTD and says "cannot find roman_ram.tga" (something like that..n yes i'm playing as romans). I reckon it's something to do with missing models... reckon hot fixes will ship in a few days?
