Bahhhh! HAte those damed Spanish Crusaders! THey stole over 1200 + men of mine in beefing up their crusade force to over 3000+ force. I swear they will pay for this insolence! But it is so damn annoying. I wish I could lower the zeal in the ladns I control... but it hovers around 40%... because they border the french, I cannot afford to withdraw the troops. ONly thing I can do is remove the elite troops. Baaaaaaaahhh!!!!

Be strong, and have patience. When the patch comes out (when it comes out) it should fix many people's problems with crusades. The AI won't be able to anything we can't.

...hmmmmm...maybe this thread can be salvaged into something constructive, but let's try to keep posts down to something other than diaries of game-playing frustration (that isn't the result of a bug or special feature).

My crusaders conquered Antioch just before the Germans launched their crusading army.

I was shocked when they appeared near my borders demanding to marching in. (But I already owned Antioch you dumkomfts!)

So I pulled my armies out of the path of the German crusader army and allowed the provinces to go rebels or worse.

That seemed to shut up the enemy crusaders
