Help getting Skilled Bureaucrat and Arragans

Hey I am going for the Augustan reforms in my Romani 1.0 save, I have a character who I'm trying to get the required traits for, he has sharp/charismatic/vigorous and already has expert recruiter. Can somebody please give me some help/tips to get the traits 'arragans' and 'skilled bureaucrat'?

Placing him in a city with an academy should help him become a 'skilled bureaucrat'.As for arrogance,I have rarely seen it....so beats-me:juggle2:

Can somebody please give me some help/tips to get the traits 'arragans' ... There's not really anything you can do to get the Arrogans trait. It can be innate or develop later from other innate traits.

I have level 3 academies everywhere so hopefully will get bureaucrat, he is selfish aswell so its possible he might get arragans.

Just go check out the EDCT in your data folder. It lists the triggers for every trait out there.

Well, I wouldn't know exactly where you installed EB to. Go to the same folder and then head to EB/data/ and open up export_descr_character_traits.txt. Start looking for the trait "superbus"

The main way to get the trait Arrogans is through coming of age and coming into the family (marriage, adoption, etc), other then that it is very unlikely to get it.

The EDCT is in the data folder of EB, the text document is called export_desc_character_traits.

ah ok, I have another family member who has both arragans and expert recruiter, but hes sharp/uncharismatic/vigourous unfortunately.
