I was about to give the stock answer that you could just extract it with 7-zip, but I'm not dead certain that it handles the new installer... You could try at least!

Unforunately I don't have the installer.

7-zip cannot open the 1.1 installer, unfortunately.

I could upload it, but it would make me work to fix something you broke. Possibly having to go through the motions of downloading again and installing will teach you the value of backups. You've certainly seen that waiting for others to clean up for you is less expedient than doing it yourself, so that's two lessons in one.

Unless I'm really blind, there is no descr_unit.txt so I'm guessing you're talking about export_descr_unit.txt.
