editing menu screen

Hi There,

Which file(s) do you need to edit in order to change the text panels on the right-hand side of the menu screen? The panels I mean are the ones that desribe faction strengths & weaknesses etc. I'd be grateful to know which files control these. Many thanks in advance for replies!

I think that'd be in expanded.txt (well if you want to change the text, otherwise it's M2TW.lnt and appropriate layout tgas)
