DMB Limit Reached

Ok, I've exceeded the DMB limit for EB 1.1. Do the officers and mounts count toward the limit or is it only the actual soldier units?

Of course everything which has it's own definition in the DMB counts as one. Which is why this file is the single most limits-imposing one of all the RTW files that do something with units... (As a matter of fact, recruitment of certain units is even restricted by it.)
