Southern Spartan Territory Bug

This is a purely cosmetic bug as far as I can tell, I searched for a similar topic and found none. At the southernmost portion of the Spartan province, you can see a couple of foreign faction's borders. It's hard to tell if the paler border is the Ptolemaics or Carthage's colour, but the one on the left is Rome's.

That is not a bug. It is intentional. It was a place where mercenaries were often available for hire.
