Tons of ethnicities aren't represented.
For the most part, ethnicities are only in game if that particular group would have a chance of being part of the ruling class of a particular faction. The Saami weren't part of the ruling class of any EB faction.

I perceive you have an unabated thirst for knowledge my friend, but man, pace yourself. But if you have any questions, I'm reliable sources, I'll tell ya anything you want me to know. :beam:
Do you mean a Finno-Ugric peoples, or Sami in particular? Yet, to answer your question, no. This is due to the nature of warfare in the late 1st millennium BC, thus its an all Indo-Euro and Sematic party, as far as factions are concerned.

Well, those 57 other flavours of horse archers for a start.
Now, seriously though: we do not yet have all the enthicities we want to represent in gamed but with the new factions in EB2, as well as the lax restrictions on models and the like... it's just a matter of historians & modellers & skinners in concert --> there's a lot to come. :beam:
