So I heard in their forums that some of EB team were going to make a small mod for this game making it more realistic / fun, just like EB did for RTW. Is there any more info on this?

That's a thing known as relativity.

May have worded that a little weirdly. EB is more accurate than EU:Rome which is more accurate than RTW. How's that?

It's like if you replaced the Egyptian faction in RTW with the real Ptolemaic Kingdom. That's certainly more accurate than RTW, but clearly EB blows that out of the water.

From what I've heard, the game progresses even worse than RTW, with Rome steam-rolling into Gaul in 50 years most of the time. Apparently, the Suebi(Sweboz) are practically unplayable and the Celtic factions are little better. And, of course, massive areas of the map are empty, and it doesn't have Central Asia:furious3:
I'll stick to EB....

That's why we need our dear EB members! To make the game more historically accurate.

Of course a patch our two from Pdox won't hurt. (and they will certainly come).

In 6 months or so. Besides, all EB team member should focus on the only worthy project there is, EB2.
