Diplomacy CTD

I am getting a persistent crash when negotiating with the AI to buy a province from them.

I first noticed it when I tried to buy Mediolanium (sp?) as the Romans but then tried a second time and it crashed again. I then experimented with it and I also CTD'd when I tried to buy Carthage's Sicilian city and also when I tried to buy Taras from the Epriotes.

Then I started a new game as KH and it also crashed when trying the same with Macedonia and Eprius.

It doesn't occur when I try bribing the cities, only when I negotiate for possession of a city.

If it's just me, I'll live with it. But if it's a common crash, it might be an issue.

This might be the same as the rebellion CTDs then. The city wants to spawn a garrison when you get them in diplomacy, and there's still a problem with that.
