Swoosh, it was not Barocca. However, I just happened to be cruising the archives here at the Org and stubbled upon the announcement of the coop campaign. It was organized by Maltz and here's the link to the web site: http://www.totalwar.org/maltz/SP_Campaign/

I hope this is the one you are thinking of.
