I was compiling a list of posts in the Capo 2 thread today, and I noticed that some threads have irregular formats. When I save a page as text in Firefox, each post usually begins like this:
§ <showthread.php?p=1823495#post1823495> Old Yesterday, 22:37 #*35*
<showpost.php?p=1823495&postcount=35>
scottishranger is offline scottishranger <member.php?u=26183>
Somewhere on that first line, there is the thread url and jump to point for the post, then the time the post was posted, then the post number, then a new line. However, I found some irregularities such as this:
§ <showthread.php?p=1850168#post1850168> Old Yesterday, 16:57
#*3001* <showpost.php?p=1850168&postcount=3001>
Joe Monks is offline Joe Monks <member.php?u=28252>
In this case, the post number was shunted to the next line, conflating with the post url. Does anyone know why this is so? I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.14, and I use the dial-up skin.
