Modding Question : Give Region trigger?

Is there a trigger to give a region to a particular faction on a particular turn? I would like to give S Hybernia to the Lusitanians on a certain turn in the mini mod I'm currently working on.

I could just spawn a few large armies there, in hopes they attack the settlement. But I've little faith in the AI.

The Luso's usually blast their way through Spain quickly enough on my campaigns anyway. Doesnt this happen on yours, or has this changed during your mini mod or something
