Crash @ Campaign Start

Hi

I'm running vista with both RTW 1.5 and EB 1.1 installed outside program files, with the 1.1 fixes installed and videos disabled and yet it still crashes when I try to start a new campaign. I tried running install validation but it won't save the .txt log file.

Please help!

Wow, I just tried running it in windowed mode and it seemed to work...

Is this normal?
