Cheat for eliminating unit?

I have a HRE ship outside Venice's port. The way the coast line is, I can't get any of my ships out without attacking HRE's ship. I don't want to go to war just to clear out my shipping lane.

An alliance would let you slip by, if you want to go that route.

Just right click on it and disband the unit. Ships can be disbanded in M2TW while not being in harbor.
