Still recieveing Impostor

So I started a new Saba campaign today after implimenting all the new fixes. Even after using the impostor fix everyone of my client rulers recieves the trait the turn after their created. Has anyone else contined to have problems with this bug?

So yeah, I didn't keep you posted, sorry about that. Anyway, it should be fixed with the new client ruler implementation.
