Congratulations
Just out of curiosity, who is in the new set (if it is a set) of seniors? It's just I haven't noticed any other promotions recently.
Congrats DevDave and pever. :balloon3:

:laugh4: I've had mine for about 6 months Rythmic, but thanks anyway :laugh4:
I always feel jealous when someone that has been here for less time than me becomes a senior member in just a few months. Maybe I should be more active - but I don't want to be one with a 4000 post count but is still just a member, that'd just make me look like some mass-spammer. :uneasy:

It's not about the number of posts, it's about the contribution you make to the .org, the quality of the posts. How helpful you are etc.
There are Senior Members with less than 90 posts, there are some with thousands of posts.
IIRC 10-20 are given a year, so it is still a high level of achievment. Just dont go spamming to try to get it :laugh4:

You know, when I joined back then it was a rarity to ever see someone with that title at the Citadel and the Tavern. Now almsot everyone I see is one :grin2:
I noticed DD getting his title a few weeks back already, but thought it was from before for some reason. Msut be because she shows up as Demoted most of the time :laugh4:
So the moral of the story is that it doesn't matter how many warning points you have, just be an integral part of the community, congrats! ~:)

I knew that, it's why I said "more active" not "post more"... :sweatdrop:

I've been here for 6 years and I'm still just a lowly moderator.
Congrats DD.

My first thought when I saw this was that DD now has an extra opportunity to be naughty before he gets sent back to the Entrance Hall.
BTW, may I nominate Tribesman for the next batch?

Officly no, there staff decsions only. However I've heard a substantial number of camels to the right people may do it.
If you do feel that a fellow Orgah deserves the "Senior" honorific, you can always PM Ser Clegane stating who you think has earned that recognition. Of course, not all suggestions/nominations will necessarily be accepted, but we certainly appreciate getting peoples' input. ~:)

Officly no, there staff decsions only. However I've heard a substantial number of camels to the right people may do it.This is true. Only since Mohammed the rate has been inversed: fifty for a male, and one hundred for a female. :book:
Guess that shows how desperate male Orgahs are. :balloon2:

Wow - missed this. Congrats man! You deserve it, if for nothing else than raw tenacity. :beam:
It is getting embarrassing for those of us with high post counts, though. The newer members certainly wonder "what did he do?" :laugh4:
For some reason, the only fitting tribute I can think of is an old song:
When I was a little biddy boy
My grandma bought me a cute little toy
Two Silver bells on a string
She told me it was my ding-a-ling-a-ling
When I was little boy In Grammar school
Always went by the very best rule
But Evertime the bell would ring
You'd catch me playing with my ding-a-ling
Once while climbing the garden wall,
Slipped and fell had a very bad fall
I fell so hard I heard birds sing,
But I held on to My ding-a-ling
Once while swimming cross turtle creek
Man them snappers right at my feet
Sure was hard swimming cross that thing
with both hands holding my dingaling
Now this here song it ain't so bad
Prettiest little song that you ever had
And those of you who will not sing
must be playing with your on Ding-a-ling

Chuck Berry Rules!!! He inspired me to write Mary Washingtons unofficial biography "Splinters in my Vagina: Life of a woman married to a man with wooden dentures". My mom bought the only copy printed. Thank God for mom....yes I'm drunk.:laugh4:

Congrats, DevDave the DevDave.
I simply dislike "no me ?" complaints though. The staff (**** me) consists of people who are mature enough not to overlook someone that deserves senior recognition.
