AAR?

By now i've figured out what an AAR is, from looking at various ones on the forum. But no matter how much I think about it I can't figure out what AAR actually stands for.~:confused:

It's probably something really obvious and i'll kick myself when you tell me.

Do not worry, there is too much abreviations floating around for one man to grasp them all. In fact, I was seriously considering starting up a thred dedicated to just that - a "List of Abbreviations"...

Oh...I could have just found it on Wikipedia as it turns out. I thought it must have been something really specific to Total War. Thought it might be Latin!

It's an American military abbreviation.
