How is a rebel army effect your economy? when they came your land how your economy is effected? İf they come upon some buildings like mines or ports , is ports or mines effected? Or they come upon your roads or bridges then how is your trade income effected? I just want to know. Any idea?:book:
Check your settlement detail scroll for the answer. The game is suprisingly helpful in this regard. In particular check it will tell you how much the devestation caused by an enemy army on your turf is costing you.

if they stand in the middle of a road they stop the trade of that route, so especially if they stop on a city-port road they can be pretty nasty.

Never heard this before, is it true? I thought you just get a devastation penalty...

It doesn't happen frequently because often rebels just sit down and do nothing, but sometimes I've seen them to pop up or to move on a road and they do block trade.
They might also stand on the port, blocking it like a pirate navy.

Yes, but they never seem to do so intentionally. Occupying watchtowers, on the other hand... :dizzy2:
Yes, watchtowers are their favorites. When there is a problem with rebels in a certain province (in Italy that would be both Kalabria and Etruscia for example) make sure to place a watchtower on a spot that makes a good battlefield in this province.

I see, but can I, for instance, do the same against an AI faction?

you can block a port by standing on it, but I don't remember if you can do the same on a road

Great questions. Some answers I knew. Some I didn't. Thanks for asking them, Atanamar.
I always check on the settlement scroll to see how much the rebels are costing me and thus how soon I need to marshall forces to get rid of them. Sometimes, I hate to say this, it isn't worth the troops to get rid of them. Until - that is - you are rich and can afford extra military units.
