:no: This question has probably been asked so many times and I remember reading the answer somewhere but I can't find it anymore. When I want to post a screenshot or picture what URL do I post so that it appears in my post instead of as a link. Oh and how do I change the format of a picture from TGA to jpg, jpeg, gif, png etc.

Use url in order to post it as a picture.

As for TGA files, you'll have to find a picture editing program that allows you to do that. I know for a fact that MS Paint can't do such a thing. I have photoshop, which does it. If you don't have photoshop, you might want to google for something that does it for free. I suggest GIMP.

I use Irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com/) to convert .tgas to .jpegs. I'm sure there are others, but it's the one I know and it's free.

I should add, it has the ability to batch convert a number of .tga files to .jpegs without having to open each .tga up.

Which is precisely why I use Ifranview for converting pictures; it comes with an abundant selection of file formats to choose from too.
