Well, 2 actually.

1) How do i change my faction leader and faction heir's titles.
2) I know this has been asked a few times but not in a while so, how do i access roman factional units on Custom Battle without having to resort to random selection.

1. What do you mean by titles? Epithets? Because they'd have to achieve certain conditions for that to happen.

2. There's an Europa Barbarorum FAQ (https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=84854). It gives you an answer. Just so you don't have to go there...


Q: In custom battles or multiplayer the unit selection is missing units.
A: All of the regionals cause a problem for the custom battle / multiplayer list. There is a special EDU for custom battles / multiplayer in the "...Rome- Total War\EB\mp custom game edu" folder. Rename your campaign EDU then place the EDU from that folder into the "...Rome - Total War\EB\Data" folder. When you want to play a campaign again, switch back to your original EDU. EB v1.1 now comes with the trivial script, which will automatically switch the files for you. To play custom battles or multiplayer battles with all of your factional units, run the "Play Multiplayer" option of the trivial script.

By titles i mean Basileus or primus inter pares or whatever the roman leader is called 'cos i can't remember.

Well i meant the title the faction leader assumes, if thats a trait then yes.

sorry, im still not sure what you mean. Are you trying to change who gets these titles or what the titles are called?

I think he's trying to change what they're called. It's probably easy to change what they're called, but I'm not sure about some other things that'll probably have to be changed as well.

Bad news i'm afraid i can't seem to find the folder to which you are referring Korlon, in answer to the question about units. Is it possible it was changed when EB went from 1 to 1.1??

Yes, the first part of the answer is really towards 1.0. But you should look at the second part. Here's the highlighted portion which should be more... applicable to you.
